Hello dear People;
The time has come to begin making plans for a 2-week mission trip to Uganda. Tentatively, we are thinking of traveling around July 30 and returning August 15. That of course is subject to changed by a few days depending on the best rates available.
The plan is to spend a week, a full 7 days at Amani Baby Cottage (amanibabycottage.org), where I served for nearly 6 years. There we will help care for the children and do whatever is needed to assist them in the new facility they purchased. After that we will have a free day, and then travel to Mityana, Uganda where we will spend 3 days helping at Hope Center Uganda in whatever capacity they need. (www.hopecenteruganda.org)
The trip is going to be between $3200 - 3600 all inclusive. The price cannot be verified until we have more of an idea of how many want to travel and where the travel hubs will be. So get your application in soon along with a $30 (refundable) application fee. Please email me to request and application, and guidelines forms.
I would love to be able to take you back with me for a visit to Uganda and allow you to see and participate first hand in the work being done there.
